INSTRUCTIONS ON E-MANAGEMENT OFTRAININGS
Following instructions shall be observed:
- For purposes of effective management of training programmes thereshall be dedicated computer software. Training programme means refresher courses, foundation/induction trainings, and compulsory in-service trainings and sponsored trainings.
- The software shall be versatile, robust and fully secured.
- Source code of the software shall be kept safe with the Estate Officer.
- The software shall be such which will help in minimizing rnanual work.
- It shall generate training circulars and training modules and also learning units.
- Every course under each of the five heads shall be given a uniquecode.
- Details of the nominations received for particular course shall beentered. Details of the attendance of- the trainees present during thecourse shall also be entered.
- Details of the trainees in the standard bio-data form shall be entered inthe software.
- The software shall be able to generate a unique ID number for eachtrainee attending a particular course.
- The software shall also generate following type of reports relating totrainees and training courses
- Half yearly and annual report listing departments of GNCTDfrom which maximum number of trainees were nominated forrefresher/orientation courses. List to be generated in descendingorder.
- Half yearly and annual report should be generated, listingdepartments of GNCTD in respect of variation between thenominated number of trainees and number of trainees whoactually attended trainings. List to be generated in descendingorder along with total variation.
- Half yearly and annual report listing departments of GNCTD, which nominated maximum number of Officers/officials fromvarious cadres i.e., DAN1CS, DASS, Accounts, Education,Medical, Engineering for refresher courses. List to be generatedin descending order in respect of all cadres.
- Half yearly and annual report listing departments of GNCTD,
- which nominated maximum number of female trainees forrefresher courses. List to be generated in ascending order inrespect of both male/female trainees.
- Halfyearly and annual report listing departments, which
- nominated maximum number of SC, ST, OBC and others forrefresher courses. List to be generated in descending order.
- Half yearlyand annualreportoncoursewisenumber of
- outstation trainees vis-a-vis trainees from GNCTD.
- Half yearly and annual report on age groups of trainees for
- refresher courses. Age groups 20 - 30, 30 - 40,40 - 50, 50 - 60.
- Half yearly and annual report on educational qualifications of
- trainees for refresher courses. Intermediate, Graduate,postgraduate, M.Phil, Doctorate etc be considered.
- Half yearlyandannualreportonlevel of participationin
- refresher courses. Pay Band I, II, III and IV be considered.Alternatively, grade wise level may also be considered.
- Half yearlyandannualreportonmost andleast popular
- refresher courses. This be based on number of participants ineach course with separate details about outstation trainees andthose from GNCTD.
- Half yearly andannualreport onmost andleast popular
- package of refresher courses.
- Half yearly and annual report on refresher courses cancelled
- due to inadequate response.
- Halfyearly and annual course wise report on financial
expenditure incurred, in respect of refresher, courses.This be based on per head- expenditure on tea, snacks, lunch, payment to faculty and expenditure incurred on preparation of training kits for the participants.
