Union Territories Civil Services (UTCS) 
A Committee headed by the Chief Minister, Delhi, and consisting of the Chief Secretary, Delhi, Pr. Secretary (Trg.), GNCTD, Pr. Secretary (Services), GNCTD, shall review the implementation of the training policy. The Committee shall meet every six months and shall advise appropriate measures for meeting the objectives and concerns of training. Director/Addl. Director (Trg.) shall ensure all arrangement and detailed information for the Committee.
