Union Territories Civil Services (UTCS) 
05 days residential Training program on “Capacity Building and to gain from best practices of the state” was organized for 30 middle and senior level officers of GNCT of Delhi at Dr. MCR, HRD, ATI Telangana from 09.10.23 to 13.10.2023. Officers from different departments i.e. Power, DIP, DTTE, DDCD, DJB, I&FC, Tibia College, UTCS, GAD, Social Welfare, Development, Health and Family Welfare, Home, Transport, Services, Archeology, Labour, RCS, Revenue, DUSIB and Vigilance attended this training program. The sessions on Public Private Partnership Project and field visits to IT Department and Health Department were also part of the training program. Sh. C.R.Garg, IAS, Director, UTCS visited ATI, Telangana for valedictory session and handed over certificates to the participants.
