Sardar Patel Memorial Library
Directorate of Training, UTCS has a well-organized library named as Sardar Patel Memorial Library (SPM Library) with enrich collection of books and bare acts. Sardar Patel Memorial Library is an open access system based library for all its members having over 13,000 volumes related to the various subject such as English Literature, Hindi Literature, Reference Books, Bare Acts, Rule Books, Swamy Collection, Book on Training, Books on Delhi, Books on Sh. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Books related to Civil Servants & General Books etc. In addition to this, SPML subscribed 21 Magazines and Journals and 12 local and National Newspapers.
The SPM library facilitates library services to Officers/ Official of this Directorate, IAS Officers Trainees, DANICS Probationers, Trainers/ Trainees of residential Training. SPM Library Facilitate a fully air-conditioned reading room with a peaceful atmosphere & reading environment with 20 seating capacity with full strength.
