(A)Immovable Assets
The Directorate of Training was allotted land measuring 4 acres by the Delhi Development Authority in 1989. BuildingofUTCS was constructed by the PWD at an estimated cost of Rs.2.45 crores.
The Directorate has been functioning from the present building since 1990.Campus of the Directorate of Trainingconsistsof Administrative cumTraining Block, Auditorium, Hostel Blockand Residential Block.
The Administrative cum Training Block consist of 18 rooms, 2ConferenceRooms, Two Seminar Halls, One Dining Hall, Pantry , a Kitchen, Computer Lab. A portion on the ground floor of the block is presently in possession of theOffice of the Chief Electoral Officer, Delhi for purpose of preparation of EPIC Cards.
Hostel Blockcomprises of three floors. It consists of 25 individual suites withattached toilets for trainees. has a Gym, a RecreationRoom and a Dining Hall with Kitchen.
Residential Block consists of 30 flats of different categories. These are primarily meant for the staff of the Directorate. The details are as following:

The campus of the Directorate has been planned specially to create a right ambience.Two large and twosmall lawns within the campus add to the beauty and provide the residents and trainees with as oasis of calm in this campus
