Union Territories Civil Services (UTCS) 
A group of 32 officer of Govt. of NCT of Delhi participated in the 05 days “Change Management” programme w.e.f. 09.02.2026 to 13.02.2026 in IIM Calcutta. The above training course was conducted as part of training programme under Vision @ 2047. The classroom sessions included topics like (i.) Contemporary Issues in Public Administrations, (ii.) Risk, Impact & Financial Sustainability of Govt. Initiatives, (iii.) AI for Public Administration, (iv.) Design thinking for Innovation in Public Service etc.
Sh. Debabrata Chatterjee, Professor of IIM Calcutta was course Director and Sh. Rahul Jain, Section Officer, UTCS was course coordinator for the programme. All the officer participants were accommodated in well furnished rooms on single occupancy basis. The food provided was of great taste & quality. The campus area of IIM Calcutta covered around 140 acres. It was a beautiful campus having lakes, green vegetation, beautiful buildings and would class amenities etc.
In all, it was a great learning experience for all the participating officers.
