Training Branch

The Training Branch coordinates with different Training Sections which are headed by separate Assistant Directors/Course Coordinators.

• Smt. Anita Bharal, Assistant Director(Training – I, II & IV)
• Sh. Manoj Jain, Assistant Director (Training – VI & On-Demand)

The Training Branches performs following duties:

Specific Duties: Preparation & Designing of Course Module, Designing schedule of training program, Selection & Engagement of suitable faculty, Opening address & introduction of faculty and to work as moderator during the program, Assessment of faculty during training sessions, Taking stock of participants reaction during training session, lunch and tea intervals, Feedback analysis.

General Duties: Distribution of work among the staff as evenly as possible, Training, helping and advising the staff, Management and co-ordination of the section work and Maintenance of order and discipline in the section.
